2. User Accounts & Authentication

You may register and sign in to 9thCart using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) or Email and Phone OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate contact and UAE delivery address details.

3. Products, Pricing & Payments

• All prices on 9thCart are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Paymob UAE (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tamara), 9thCart Wallet, or Cash on Delivery where eligible.

4. UAE Delivery & Pickup

9thCart provides 24-hour express doorstep delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, as well as free self-pickup from designated Dubai collection hubs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee

All orders are backed by our 14-Day Free Return & Refund Policy. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a 100% free replacement or full refund.
